混凝土版需要搗實(Consolidation)嗎 (ACI Concrete International, Vol.36 No.6)

搗實關係到混凝土的強度與耐久性質.
ACI 318-11 提到必須有適當的搗實來製作具耐久性抗硫酸鹽的混凝土.
ACI 309R-05 針對不同的工程,提供搗實所需設備及步驟的建議,並提及影響搗實的配比因素,搗實的機制等.
ACI 301-10 5.3.2.5提出,除特別指定外,混凝土必須搗實, 亦允許使用振動以外的方式搗實.

搗實的程度必須與混凝土的工作性相關. 稠度較高的混凝土需要較強的振動. 自充填混凝土則不需任何振動.

所有的混凝土需要適當程度的搗實, 方法與設備必須於施工規範中要求.
